TECHNICS – SAFETY – SENSATIONS (2h)
This introductory workshop teaches the essential foundations of whip handling in order to practice with precision, control, and safety in an impact play context.
Participants will learn the basics of whip anatomy, physics, whip cracking, and targeting, along with the core principles of body mechanics, safety protocols, communication, and aftercare. The program includes fun solo exercises, precision drills, and optional partner practice.
